This calf shed fit-out was custom manufactured by Willowdale Rural to suit a newly constructed calf shelter designed specifically around the client’s operation.
Working from the client’s layout and shelter sizes, our team manufactured and installed custom cattle panels and gates to divide the shelter into practical calf pens. All panels were custom built to suit the client’s tunnel configuration, including 10 metre spans throughout the fit-out, with Agri Belt incorporated to assist with wind protection for calves.
The layout was designed to create a clean, organised and functional setup for housing and managing calves within the shelter environment. Each pen to suit the overall shed design while allowing straightforward access for feeding, bedding and everyday managing.
By manufacturing the fit-out specifically for the project, the finished result integrates seamlessly within the shelter while providing a durable and practical calf housing solution.
